Speak with Stacey

Amy: Stacey, why are you crying?

Stacey: I’m just really stressed out because this project is so hard. There is a lot of pressure on me to succeed.

Amy: Well, pull yourself together. It is not professional to be crying at your desk. If you feel that overwhelmed, then you should take a walk or go somewhere private. I’m sorry to be so direct with you, but I think you need to hear it.

Stacey: I know. You are right. I will pull myself together.

Amy: There you go. Let’s go get some coffee, and we can talk about it. You will feel better after that.

Stacey: Thanks.

Amy: Of course. Trust me, there have been times when I have felt just like you do now.
