| Klay: How was your trip last weekend? Greg: It was by far the worst trip that I have ever taken. Klay: Was it really that bad? What happened? Greg: First, I got a flat tire on my way to the hotel, and I didn’t have a spare tire in the trunk of my car. So, I had to wait for 3 hours for somebody to come and fix it. Second, the hotel that we reserved lost our reservation, and the hotel was sold-out. So, we had no choice but to stay at some dirty motel that was really far from the beach. Klay: That sounds terrible. Greg: That’s not it. On top of that, my daughter caught a cold, and my wife accidentally dropped her cell phone into the ocean. Klay: Your trip sounds like a nightmare. Greg: It was a nightmare. It was so bad that I’m actually happy to be back at work. | |
