Interviewer: What do you think is the ideal position for you?
Greg: I think the ideal position for me would be a position where I could work on different projects hands-on and be in a leadership role.
Interviewer: Why do you think that?
Greg: First, my greatest strength is probably my technical expertise. I have worked in this industry for over 15 years and I know a lot about what makes a successful product. Second, I am very good at leading and teaching younger staff members. I enjoy pushing them and help them to do their best work.
Interviewer: I see. And have you held any positions like this in the past?
Greg: Yes. I was a project manager at two different companies and I had a lot of success while I was in those positions. I know that this kind of work fits me and my skills very well.
Interviewer: That’s great to hear.
