“to have a crush on somebody”
Meaning: to like somebody that one is not currently in a romantic relationship and in a way that is often secret or not known by the other person

When do we use it?
This phrase is used to show that a person likes another person romantically, but we can only use it when the two people are not currently in a relationship.
