Interviewer: And what about your long-term goal?
Carly: If I joined the logistics department at this company, my long-term goal would be to implement a system that reduced logistical errors by 20% and had an on-time delivery rate of over 95%.
Interviewer: Those are lofty goals.
Carly: I think it is better to set your goals too high than too low.
