Tony: That’s okay. I’ll take your word for it.

Greg: It seems like you don’t believe me. Let’s look it up now, and I will show you.

Tony: I said I’ll take your word for it. There is no need to look it up. To be honest, I don’t really care.

Greg: You can be a real jerk sometimes.

Tony: Sorry, but I just don’t have any interest in how much your company sold.

Greg: That’s fine, but you don’t need to be rude about it.
