Jacob: What are we going to do if the client doesn’t accept our proposal? Will our boss be angry? Do you think we will lose our jobs? What will I do if I lose my job? I just had a kid. I need the money. Klay: Take it easy. Everything is going to be okay. Jacob: How are you so sure? Klay: We did a great job at the meeting, and the client seemed satisfied with everything we presented. Also, even if the client doesn’t accept our proposal, we are not going to get fired. Jacob: Why do you think that? Klay: Our boss knows that we did a really good job. Nobody is successful 100 percent of the time. Jacob: I guess I am worrying too much. Klay: You are definitely worrying too much. Just take it easy and relax until we find out the client’s decision. | |
