Carrie: What do you usually do to unwind after work? Suzy: I like to go to a yoga class at the gym. It helps me relax, and I always feel better after. On top of that, I feel more energized the next day. Carrie: Exercising doesn’t sound very relaxing. I like to just watch TV and eat some snacks to unwind. Suzy: But you always complain that you are tired in the morning. That is probably because you don’t get enough exercise. You can always watch TV after you exercise. Carrie: I guess that’s true. I probably should try to be a little healthier. Suzy: Why don’t you come with me to a yoga class? If you hate it, I will never ask you to come again. Carrie: Fine. I will go with you tomorrow. Suzy: Great. I can’t wait. | |
