Interviewer: What would your boss at your current job say about your abilities?

Kevin: I think that my boss would say that I am very talented and have a lot of knowledge about supply chain management. My boss usually gives me the hardest tasks because I have a lot of experience and he trusts me to do a good job.

Interviewer: Well, what would your current boss say that you need to improve?

Kevin: He would probably say that I need to be more organized. He likes everything to be neatly organized.

Interviewer: Are you unorganized?

Kevin: I am organized, but I am not neat. My desk is usually a bit messy, but I have a system that I used to stay organized. My current boss doesn’t like it very much because he is a bit of a neat freak.

Interviewer: I understand. I know people like your boss, too.
